  • Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds, it will power on/off the TRIP. Short press on the power button will lock and unlock top capacities touch buttons on the TRIP. Be sure to hold the button for 3-5 seconds to ensure you are powering on/off and not controlling the touch buttons.
  • Please avoid the use of USB splitters and extenders built into screens etc. Dropouts in sound and lack of signal from the microphone in headsets may be the result. If possible, always connect directly to the computer, or use a single extension cord.
  • Unfortunately, our JBL Quantum DUO speakers are not supported by our QuantumENGINE PC software.
    All configuration is done on the speakers itself, and there is no need or required software to change the RGB lights.
  • The USB port is only for charging the JBL Quantum 350 Wireless.
    Connect the dongle to use the 2.4GHz wireless connection.
  • To activate the voice assistance, press and hold the center button on the RIGHT ear for 2 seconds until you hear your music stop. You will be able to speak to VA through your headphones and it should comply with your command.
     
  • • Voice commands only work when receiving a call. • Excessive background noise such as wind or music, could be impacting unit’s effectiveness. Close windows and or reduce the volume of your music and try again.
  • This unit is IPX7 rated, which means that you can submerge the unit in water as deep as 3 feet (1 meter) for up to 30 minutes.
