If you are experiencing issues getting the app to communicate with your headphones, (assuming you have already paired the headphones with the device) go into the communication apps audio settings. You will likely find the resolution there. You may have to set your headphones as the ‘communication device’ within the app you are using.

To play the surround sound with DOLBY ATMOS or DTS:X, connect your Blu-ray player or other digital device to the HDMI input connector on the soundbar. If the TV support Dolby ATMOS, served over HDMI ARC, just make sure it is selected in the TV setting menu. To select the most suitable amount of sound effect of DOLBY ATMOS and DTS:X, press on the remote control ATMOS level button, to switch between MID, HIGH, LOW or OFF. You can reset the E25BT in two ways: 1: Press and hold Volume + and Volume - simultaneously for more than 3 seconds. This resets to factory settings, clearing the pairing list. 2: With unit in ON mode, plug in the USB cable. This resets the unit and puts it into charging mode.Was this helpful?
