Premium sound doesn’t have to require much space. Drawing upon their brand’s rich heritage of providing movie theatres and other venues with concealed speaker systems, JBL® engineers have created the HTi6 in-wall speakers for those who want a streamlined, unobtrusive look for their audio components – and their home theatres. These rectangular speakers (they come in pairs), only 8-1/2 x 11 inches (216 x 279 millimetres), fit in your wall, so they won’t take up any of your floor space. But their small size doesn’t mean small sound. With peak power handling of 100 watts, each HTi6 reproduces realistic, high-definition sound from your favourite TV shows, movies and music. It features a 6-1/2-inch (165-millimetre), polymer-coated woofer that delivers clear, resounding bass down to frequencies as low as 38Hz, plus a 1-inch (25-millimetre), pure-titanium tweeter that reproduced frequencies up to 20kHz with wonderful fidelity. The high-frequency tweeter uses our proprietary Elliptical Oblate Spheroidal™ (EOS) waveguide, which evenly disperses sound throughout your listening space. Available in white, each JBL HTi6 can be painted to match your décor. And because it’s a JBL speaker, it’s ready to work with other speakers and components should you be looking for a multispeaker, surround-sound system.
