How to use Google Assistant with your headphonesAfter setting up Google Assistant on your headphones through the My JBL Headphones app, use Google Assistant by pressing & holding the touch panel for 2 seconds on the earbud that you enabled the voice assistant feature on.
Press and hold the Action button to begin. Requires pairing with eligible phone and internet connection. For examples of questions and things you can do, visit: https://assistant.google.com/platforms/phones/#headphones
Get your notifications
Double-tap the Action button.
Stop your Google Assistant
Touch the Action button.
Reply to the message (where available)
After receiving a message notification, touch and hold the Action button to respond. When you’re done, release the button.

To reset the headphones, power on the headphones and plug in the USB cable into a USB charger or USB port. Paired mobile devices should disconnect and the led should be constant white. When unplugging the USB cable, the headphones will power off. When manually powering on the headphones, and the last connected mobile phone is not in range, the headphones will revert to Bluetooth Pairing mode ( blue led will blink ) after 5 seconds. Club Series Button InformationThe right ear cup features volume and (longer press) skip back/forward button, Aux input and USB charging port. On the left side ear cup the CLUB headphones feature the standby button, Bluetooth button and the Smart Ambient button (for Ambient Aware and TalkThru) or, with a longer, the ANC button. JBL has also placed an aux port on the left ear.

Pairing issues with a Computer or PCIn most cases when a Computer/PC/Laptop has issues connecting to a Bluetooth device (Portable speaker, Headphones, Active speakers), it's caused by your Computer/PC/Laptop's Bluetooth driver (software).
The driver (software) should support the following Bluetooth protocols, to be able to play music/sound from your Computer/PC/Laptop:
• A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) driver for your Computer/PC/Headphones to transfer music.
• AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) driver to send skip/forward/pause/play music to your device
Always get the latest driver version available for your Computer/PC/Laptop.
To download the correct driver (software), visit the manufacturer's website of your Computer/PC/Laptop. They usually have a "Support/Download" section where you can find the correct driver. Otherwise, we advise you to contact their support.

Be aware of obstacles in front of your devices.

• Do not stand too close to your Wi-Fi router since a Wi-Fi signal is stronger and in many cases will "overlap" the connection.
• Be aware of walls around you. Concrete and brick walls will often interrupt the signal, as it cannot pass through such thick walls.
• Bluetooth signals cannot travel through water, which includes the human body. Make sure with wireless headphones to keep your source device and the receiver on the same side of your body.

How do I turn off the Google Assistant on the JBL Everest 310GA and 710GA?It is not possible to turn the Google Assistant feature off on the headphones, but if you turn off GA on your phone, the headphones won't trigger. On the Everest GA models, the Google Assistant feature is in fact than an extension of your phone, so once you connect to your phone via BT, when you touch the right ear pod, it commands your phone to open the "Hey Google" command.
The only way to stop that from happening is to change the Google settings on your phone to deactivate Google Voice Match, or deactivate Google Assistant entirely.

Thank you for your feedback!Can I use my TUNE600BTnc as noise-reduction headset without music?Yes, you can activate the noise reduction circuits alone, with no connection to a source device by Bluetooth or cable. The headphones will stay on as long as there is power in the battery, which is close to 30 hours for pure NC function. Please note that there is a slight residual noise from the NC system, which will be drowned out by music playing, or by surrounding noise such as airplane noise. If you use the NC in surroundings that are near quiet to begin with, you may not get an improvement in noise level.Was this helpful? Are the Everest 310, 710, 750 ear pads replaceable by owner?The ear pads on the three second-generation Everest headphones are fixed to a plastic plate, held in place on the ear pods with small claws. It is not very easy to remove it, and sometimes one or more of the claws may break off. This means that it is usually best to have a service technician do the replacement, but if you have new pads at hand, and is handy with tools, you may do it yourself.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!How does ShareMe work?For models E40BT and E50BT Connect the first headphone by BT to your mobile device Tap the ShareMe button once Tap the ShareMe button on the 2nd headphones twice ( ! ) The headphones will connect to each other. When changing volume on source device, or BT connected headphones, the volume will only change on THAT headphone ( and in some cases the source device, like iOS devices and newer Android ), not on the one connected via ShareMe. When changing volume on a via-ShareMe-connected headphone ( 2nd ), it will not change volume on source device, or on the BT-connected headphone. To sum up, both headphones have their individual volumes. For Everest models ( not ELITE ). Connect the headphones by BT to your mobile device Put the 2nd device ( speaker, headphones as long as they have Bluetooth ) in "BT discovery mode" Press the ShareMe button on the Everest headphone ( button marked with a little "s" ) The Everest will connect to BT device. (Please note that you may not be able to pair from the Everest to the Everest Elite models, or if you can pair, you may have dropouts in sound). When changing volume on source device, or Everest, the volume will only change on the Everest ( and in some cases the source device, like iOS devices and newer Android ), not on the device connected via ShareMe. When changing volume on via-ShareMe-connected BT device ( 2nd ), it will not change volume on source device or Everest. Please note that it is NOT possible to use ShareMe if you are listening to analog signal via cable. Bot the E-series and the Everest models will switch off the Bluetooth circuits as soon as you insert the audio cable, so re-transmission is not possible.Was this helpful? If you are experiencing issues getting the app to communicate with your headphones, (assuming you have already paired the headphones with the device) go into the communication apps audio settings. You will likely find the resolution there. You may have to set your headphones as the ‘communication device’ within the app you are using.

Thank you for your feedback!Can the ear pads of Everest 300 be replaced by owner?The Everest 300 ear pads can be replaced by owner, but it is not easy, and removing the old pads may damage them. So, it is not a bad idea to have new pads at hand before removing the old ones. Since they are glued in place with double-adhesive tape, it is necessary to rip them off with care. After removing the old ones, clean off any residue of the double-adhesive tape that held them in place from the headphone pods. Then remove the protective layer on the new pads, exposing the adhesive. Carefully align the new pad before pressing the edge. This is to prevent the glue from sticking before you get the pad into the right position. When the pad sits correctly, you can press the edge all the way round to make the adhesive stick securely.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!How do I use the ShareMe option on my Headphones?The ShareMe button is marked with an S in a circle, and must be clicked briefly. Do not keep the button pressed. Step 4 may go wrong if not done correctly. Please make sure that you have the second Everest 300 turned off. Now press AND HOLD the on/off button for about 15 seconds. The LED must switch to white/red blinking to indicate that it is actually in BT pairing mode. Now simply wait until the two headphones have communicated with each other, and established the BT connection. The white led below the S buttons will light constantly on both headphones when the ShareMe connection is ready.
