My earbuds are disconnected for the left & right, what could I do?

My earbuds are disconnected for the left & right, what could I do?

1. Insert both earbuds into the charging case.
2. Try to click 5 times on both left and right earbuds button simultaneously, to reconnect left and right earbuds.
