I am not able to upgrade the firmware on JBL DRG with Apps.

Please keep the app running during a firmware upgrade. This is because the app is using BLE to transfer firmware to the JBL DRG. If you exit or kill the app, this will cause the BLE connection to be broken and the upgrade will not complete.
