Make sure that the headphones are turned off. Press hold the power button for 3-5 seconds until you hear the audible voice stating “looking for device” You will see the LED lights flash red and blue as it is searching for a new device to connect to. Make sure the device you are trying to connect to is in search mode and it should recognize the device within a few seconds.
