  • Now, with Google Assistant and Alexa available simultaneously on your JBL Authentics speakers, you can choose to use one or both voice services available. This means you can set up just Alexa, just Google Assistant, or both. If you choose to set up both services, they will be at the ready. You can use either of them whenever you want simply by saying either “Hey Google” or “Alexa”.

  • Soundgear Sense provides two wearing styles, either as regular TWS headphones with an ear hook for a secure fit, or as a neckband headphone with the optional detachable neckband. Both wearing styles offer the same open ear experience with rich, full-range sound, it is just a matter of your own preference or use case which wearing style you choose.

  • The only difference between the 500 and 700 series is that the 700 model provides you with a charging case. The features and functionality on the actual headphones themselves are the same.
