If you are not able to turn Spatial Audio on and the option is greyed out on the JBL Smart Tx, then you need to do the following.
- Open the JBL Headphones app
- Disable High-Resolution Audio (LDAC)
- The headphones will turn off and reboot
- You can enable Spatial Audio after the reboot

Now, with Google Assistant and Alexa available simultaneously on your JBL Authentics speakers, you can choose to use one or both voice services available. This means you can set up just Alexa, just Google Assistant, or both. If you choose to set up both services, they will be at the ready. You can use either of them whenever you want simply by saying either “Hey Google” or “Alexa”.

Soundgear Sense provides two wearing styles, either as regular TWS headphones with an ear hook for a secure fit, or as a neckband headphone with the optional detachable neckband.
