If you own one of these speaker systems, and you know that it already supports Spotify Connect, the update firmware is already installed, and you can ignore this message. If your speaker system does not already support Spotify Connect, the update is available for you, but you cannot perform it yourself, it must go to a service center to be updated. It sounds like you are living in a country where Google Assistant has not yet been officially released. When Google releases the Google Assistant to more countries, the Everest GA headphones will open up for this feature. It may require a software update for this to happen. Please keep the app running during a firmware upgrade. This is because the app is using BLE to transfer firmware to the JBL DRG. If you exit or kill the app, this will cause the BLE connection to be broken and the upgrade will not complete.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
