Waterproof Information (IPX7)
This unit is IPX7 rated, which means that you can submerge the unit in water as deep as 3 feet (1 meter) for up to 30 minutes.
Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!Cleaning Instructions for Re-establishing ChargingIt is not uncommon to have charging problems with True Wireless headphones. You may encounter that charging stops, does not start at all or that one of the ear buds suddenly switches on and begins the pairing process. This is almost always caused by dirt on the metal charging contacts. These contacts are vulnerable because they can easily be contaminated by sweat, skin grease, or ear wax. They are usually gold plated, but gold plating does not prevent surface dirt.
If you have charging problems, the first step is to always clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case.
You will need: cotton cloth or makeup swab, cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol. Also a pencil with eraser for further cleaning.
Use a cotton swab with some rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals of the headphones. Rotate the swab and scrub lightly on each contact surface, then use a cotton cloth to remove any dust and cotton residue left on the headphones. It is important to perform this process periodically to keep your headphones clean, thus avoiding affecting the charging speed/quality.
Wipe the contact pins in the charging case with a clean cotton swab. The swab can be slightly moistened with rubbing alcohol, but it is important that the interior is completely dry before closing the box. Use the cotton cloth and wait for it to dry.
Repeat until the contact points are visibly clean, and charging should work as designed.
Try cleaning the contacts with the tip of a pencil and the eraser at the end of the pencil, the graphite and rubber can help to re-establish charging also.
This procedure can be performed on all TWS earphones and cases. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback! Is Volume Control Supported? This headphone does not feature volume control. You must manually control volume from your device. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback! -

Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback! Can the JBL Endurance SPRINT, JUMP and DIVE be used to swim?Because bluetooth cannot travel through water, the only Endurance model that is used for swimming is the Endurance DIVE model. The Endurance DIVE model features an MP3 player which allows you to listen to music under water without using bluetooth. Furthermore, only DIVE features a function lock, which prevents water from activating functions inadvertently. SPRINT and JUMP do not have this lock function, and will not work under water. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!Endurance Dive Headphones: MP3 Information. How to add music, play function. Here is how to add music to the Dive Headphones: 1. Place the MP3 music files that you want to transfer to the Dive headphones on your computer, where you can find them again. The sequence is not important, they will be played in alphanumerical sequence. If you want to have a special sequence to your tracks, you can add a number as the first file name. 2. Connect the Dive to your computer with the USB cable. Please use the cable that came with the headphones, since other USB cables may be wired for charging only, and may not work. 3. Your Dive will now pop up in your explorer folder overview as a new drive. Total capacity is about 991 MB. 4. Now you simply drag-and-drop the MP3 files from their location onto the Dive, or you mark the files, copy them and paste them onto the Dive. Do not use folders of any kind, and do not try to place other file types on the Dive's memory. MP3 files with a resolution of 320 kbits/second is maximum quality possible. Please note that the owner's manual contains an error about random play, stating that MP3 play will always be done in random sequence. Unfortunately, this is an error. All replay of MP3 files from the internal memory is alphanumerical, NOT random. As mentioned above, you can add a number to the track title, and the tracks will be played in numerical order, until no more numbers are present, after which replay is in alphabetical order. Was this helpful?
