Cleaning - how is this done?

The silicone ear-tips can be removed and washed in lukewarm water with a little dishwasher liquid. Do not put the headphones into water. Wipe them off with a damp cloth with mild solution of dishwasher liquid. The actual opening for sound can be carefully cleaned with a cotton swab and lukewarm water with dishwasher liquid. Make sure that no water floats into the headphone.

How can I control the volume?

This headphone does not have volume control. It features a one button in-line remote that enables you to pause/play, skip tracks and answer/hang up phone calls. The microphone that is built into the remote permits use as headset with a mobile phone.

How is the remote control used?

When playing music: one click is Pause or Play. Two clicks skips to next track. Three clicks skips back to start of track or previous track. At all times, hold the button to start voice-activated phone functions. For telephone use: one click to accept a call, two clicks to end the call.
