It can also enhance the view experience with cutting-edge wireless Bluetooth streaming features like JBL SoundShift™, which works with your TV and wireless mobile device at the same time to allow you to automatically switch between the audio from your TV and the audio from your phone or tablet. JBL Cinema SB250 can learn any TV remote volume control, giving you simplified control over your home cinema experience. A wall or table EQ switch calibrates the SB250 for any type of installation and independent volume control of the subwoofer lets you customize bass response to your personal taste.

  • Check to see if it happens with all source devices (TV, BluRay, DVD, etc.). If it only happens with one device and not the other, the issue may be with that device. Make sure you do not have any HDMI adapters or splitters. These can cause issues with video and audio.

  • SB 250 will only pass one connection at a time. If two connections are playing at the same time, then the optical device will take priority.

Press and hold the surround button on the Soundbar, until the system enter "learning mode"(the LED will blink orange). 2: VOLUME + : Press 'Volume +' on the soundbar and then press 'Volume +' on the TV remote control. 3: VOLUME ? : Press 'Volume �' on the soundbar and then press 'Volume �' on the TV remote control. 4: MUTE: Press 'Volume +' and 'Volume �' together on the soundbar and then press 'Mute' on the TV remote control. 5: POWER: Power On your soundbar by pressing the 'Power' key on the soundbar and then pressing the 'Power' key on the TV remote control. Note: After each TV IR code is programmed, the blinking orange LED will turn white for 1 second. The soundbar is ready to learn the next key after the white LED disappears and the orange LED begins to blink.Press and hold the top panel 'Surround' key again to exit learning mode (the orange LED will stop blinking).
  • You can have several source paired, but only one active at the same time.
  • Make sure the optical connection is seated securely on the SB250 and on your device. Go into your device settings and make sure the digital output is enabled. On TV displays the option usually states "enable external speakers" or enable "digital audio output".
  • Yes, switch the soundbar ON, then press the volume - ( minus ) and surround buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. Now the device is reset.
