My JBL LINK 10 or LINK 20 does not remember my Wi-Fi, how come?
Sounds like your JBL LINK 10 or LINK 20 has been connected to another Wi-Fi network. It is very simple to reconnect to your Wi-Fi by using the Google Home app. Simply select your Wi-Fi in the app, and you're all set.
All information about the speaker and voice teaching is stored in the Cloud, so you do not have to do this again.
