Press the power button on the Flip 3 SE once to power on the device. When you power on the Flip 3 SE for the first time, it will automatically go into Bluetooth Pairing mode and you should be able to find the Flip 3 SE in the list of available Bluetooth devices on your mobile phone/tablet.
