Make sure your Tour One M3 and Smart Tx are turned on.

Go to the Bluetooth icon on the Smart Tx screen and tab "More".

Press the Bluetooth icon in the top right corner and the Smart Tx will manually search for nearby products.

The products will show up shortly after on the screen.
