  • Does the microphone feature volume and track control on the Tune 205BT?
    Yes, the microphone allows you to skip tracks and control volume. To skip tracks forward, press and hold the volume + for 3 seconds. To skip tracks backward, press and hold the volume - for 3 seconds.
  • Does the JR 300 have a microphone?
    No. The JR 300 is a standard plug and play headphone with no microphone or track features.
  • Does the JBL QuantumONE calibration mic calibrate both ears?
    Yes, the calibration is done for both left and right ears
  • Does the JBL LINK 10, 20, 300 or 500 record all my conversations?
    No, the JBL LINK speaker does not store any conversations, it listens only for a few seconds and then deletes the file. Only when using "OK, Google" or "Hey, Google" will it start recording your question so Google Assistant to fulfill your request. You can always delete all your recordings via "My activity" settings under your Google Account.
  • Does the JBL LINK 10, 20, 300 or 500 have Spotify Connect?
    No, but you can use Chromecast to stream Spotify to any JBL LINK speaker. Google has the option of using your free Spotify account with our JBL LINK speaker.
  • Does the JBL Free have volume control?
    No. The JBL Free does not feature volume control. It features pause/play and track control.
  • Does the JBL EON ONE and JBL EON 208P have a battery built in, or do they both need to be connected to mains power?
    Both of these JBL PRO speaker models need mains power. There is no battery inside.
  • Does the JBL Duet BT feature an audio cable?
    Yes, the JBL Duet features an audio cable that you can plug into if you choose not to use the bluetooth. The audio cable features a one button microphone that allows you to pause/play and skip tracks. You also have the capability to answer and hang up phone calls.
  • Does the JBL Boombox play at louder volume than the Xtreme?
    Yes, the Boombox plays at 3,5dB higher volume than the JBL Xtreme. This results in a 150% volume increase, compared to the JBL Xtreme

    No, the JBL Bar 300/500 does not support DTS.

    No, the Flip 3 Stealth Edition does not support JBL Connect or Connect+. The Stealth edition can not be paired with other JBL devices.

    Yes, the Everest 110 features volume control that is compatible with most smart devices. The volume control is located on the inline microphone.

    Yes, the E55BT Quincy Edition headphones feature a carrying case.
  • Does the E15 headphone feature volume control?
    Unfortunately, the E15 features the one button microphone that does not feature volume control. You have track control, pause/play and phone capabilities.
  • Does the audio cable on the Everest 750NC feature volume control?
    No the audio cable included with the Everest series headphones has a one-button remote control with microphone. It does not have volume buttons. It can perform pause/play, and gives you the ability to answer and hang up phone calls. However, you can control the volume when the headphones are connected to a source device with Bluetooth, using the buttons on the ear cup.
  • Does the audio cable on the Everest 310/710 feature volume control?
    No the audio cable included with the Everest series headphones is a one button microphone that features pause/play, track control and gives you the ability to answer and hang up phone calls. You are able to control the volume when the headphones are connected through bluetooth.
  • Does the App work with all of the Everest headphones?
    The app works with the Everest Elite models only.

    Personalised Products are custom-printed to your individual specification and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

    This product does not feature speakerphone or voice assistant functionality as it does not have a microphone.
  • Does my speaker have an input selector, or are Bluetooth and AUX signals playing simultaneously?
    Bluetooth keeps on playing, even if you connect something and play to the AUX input. BT keeps on playing, since it has first priority. If you pause or stop BT play, any source playing to the AUX input will now be heard. If you resume play on the BT source, it will take over, and the AUX source is no longer heard, but will of course keep on playing, since there is no way to send a pause or stop signal to the AUX source via the line cable. All of this means that there is an input selector switch built into the device, controlled by the BT play function.
  • Does my JBL Quantum ONE headset provide game and chat audio balance?
    Yes, you can adjust game and chat audio balance by rotating the puck clockwise and anti clockwise. When rotating the puck, you will feel a notch in the puck that indicates 50 game and 50 chat.
  • Does my JBL Quantum 910 Wireless headset provide game and chat audio balance?
    Yes, you can adjust game and chat audio balance by rotating the dial clockwise and counter clockwise. When rotating the dial, you will feel a notch in the dial that indicates that the audio is at 50 in the game and 50 in the chat.
  • Does my Control X wireless use Bluetooth connection between speakers?
    No, the connection between our Control XT wireless speakers are established through Wi-Fi connection, running on 2.4 GHz network. The only time you will use Bluetooth, is when you connect to the primary speaker and start streaming music.
  • Does JBL SoundShift work on any/all sources?
    Yes. When SoundShift is active, and your Bluetooth device is connected to your soundbar, you can easily listen to Bluetooth streaming and switch back to the previously selected source just by tapping the pause/play button on your Bluetooth device. When SoundShift is off, your Bluetooth paired device can not interrupt your current source.
  • Does JBL Soundgear have express charging?
    Yes, in two hours, you can charge it to approx. 6 hours of playing time.
