Press and hold the circle power button for 3-5 seconds. This will be located on the LEFT arm of the neckband. We recommend having one or both ear tips in your ear to listen to the audio commands. Continue to press and hold until you hear the audible voice stating, “powering on.” If this is your first time powering on the headphones it will automatically go into pairing mode in which you will hear the audio voice prompt stating “looking for device”. Make sure that the device you are attempting to connect to is in the Bluetooth search mode and within range. UA | JBL Flex should appear on your device within 3-8 seconds. To activate TalkThru mode, press the Bionic Hearing button on the controller once. You will hear a tone, and your music level will lower when TalkThru Technology is engaged. If this is your first time powering on the device it should automatically go into pairing mode, and will display a fast blinking blue and red light. Make sure the device you are attempting to connect to is in search mode. The headphones should pop up on your list of discoverable devices within 3-5 seconds, and connect.
