Hybrid open-ear headphones with detachable neckband
JBL Soundgear Sense true wireless open-ear headphones feature JBL OpenSound Technology with air conduction, which doesn't completely close off your ear canal, making them comfortable enough to wear for hours. Flexible earhooks rotate, so you can choose whether you want to focus on your music or calls, or let in more sound from the world around you. A detachable neckband provides an even more secure fit while you're working out, and an IP54 rating means that they can stand up to sweat—or even a light rainfall. Your voice will be crystal clear, even on a windy day, thanks to four voice mics. Customize how you use the intuitive touch controls on each earbud to handle your music and calls with the My JBL Headphones app. JBL Soundgear Sense is as adaptable as you are.

The Soundgear Sense earbuds use JBL OpenSound Technology to deliver rich, full-range sound, while minimizing what others nearby can hear. The earbuds sit outside the ear canal, resting securely on the natural curve of the ear and the precision-placed acoustic ports channel sound directly into the ears. The ear canal remains from any blockage, and this allows the user to still hear ambient sounds while listening to music or taking calls. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
To connect and play music from a second source device using multi-point connection, simply press the Bluetooth button and connect to the product in the settings of the source device.
When using multi-point connection and switching between iOS, Android and Windows, there may be no music output or a delay in music playback. To resolve this issue, it is always recommended to pause or stop music playback on one Computer/PC/Laptop before multi-point switching to another device (Phones, Tablets) for music playback.
If the issue persists, we recommend to restart both the product and the Computer/PC/Laptop.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
