Shipments via lorry on a pallet

Your order has been handed over to our courier, DB Schenker. It will be delivered via a lorry on a pallet, but first we need you to schedule your delivery date.

HOW TO SCHEDULE YOUR DELIVERY DATE:

DB Schenker will send you an e-mail with an option to schedule your preferred delivery date.

• Their email will be sent from no-reply@dbschenker.com.
• You must schedule your preferred delivery date using their online delivery booking system. You will find a relevant link in their email.
• Once you have scheduled your preferred delivery date, DB Schenker will send you an email confirming the selected delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Your order will be delivered on your selected delivery date between 07:00 AM to 17:00 PM.
  It is not possible to minimize this timeframe, even for additional fees.
• You must be present to sign the delivery.
• Your order will be delivered to the ground floor of the building. It is not possible to make use of any additional carry-in service for additional fees.
• Your order will be delivered on a wooden pallet. The pallet is an integral part of your delivery to keep your order as safe and secure as possible. It is not possible for DB Schenker to take back the pallet upon delivery. Instead we advise that you dispose of the it or better yet – recycle or even up-cycle it. Only your imagination sets the limit.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE:

• Please contact Harman Customer Support using our contact option avaliable on this website. We will be happy to reach out to DB Schenker on your behalf to attempt to adjust the delivery date in accordance with your need.
