Its Plus One® (US patent no. 7,548,631) woofer cone handles low-frequency signals and delivers more bass energy than competitive drivers of the same size. The speaker will drown out road noise as its titanium-laminate tweeters produce bright, distinctive high-frequency sound. To prevent over-heating, a vented motor structure dissipates heat more effectively than conventional assemblies, thereby enabling loud, continuous audio performance. Its frequency response is 70Hz to 20kHz, nominal impedance 4 ohms and sensitivity (at 2.83 volts/1 metre) 93 decibels.
