No. The Everest 110 are not sweat proof and do not have an IPX rating that protects the headphones from sweat and water. Over exposure to sweat and water can cause significant damage to the headphones.

Yes, the Everest 110 features volume control that is compatible with most smart devices. The volume control is located on the inline microphone.

Switch the headphone ON, then press both volume buttons (VOL + and VOL-) at the same time, and hold them for 5-6 seconds. The headphones are now reset to factory default.

Press and hold the center button located on the inline microphone. It helps to have one or both ear inserts in the ear to hear the audio voice prompts. Once you press and hold the power button, you will hear the audio voice stating, "powering on". If this is your first time pairing the device, it will automatically go into pairing mode and will be looking for the device. Make sure the device you are trying to connect to is in search mode. It should recognize the Everest 110 within 2-3 seconds. If you would like to connect to a different device. Make sure the unit is off and proceed to press and hold the center button on the inline mic from 4-6 seconds until you hear "powering on......JBL Everest is ready to pair.
