Switch the headphone ON, then press both volume buttons (VOL + and VOL-) at the same time, and hold them for 5-6 seconds. The headphones are now reset to factory default.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Press and hold the center button located on the inline microphone. It helps to have one or both ear inserts in the ear to hear the audio voice prompts. Once you press and hold the power button, you will hear the audio voice stating, "powering on". If this is your first time pairing the device, it will automatically go into pairing mode and will be looking for the device. Make sure the device you are trying to connect to is in search mode. It should recognize the Everest 110 within 2-3 seconds. If you would like to connect to a different device. Make sure the unit is off and proceed to press and hold the center button on the inline mic from 4-6 seconds until you hear "powering on......JBL Everest is ready to pair. Go to the pairing menu on your device" You will now be able to pair to a different device. The device should recognize the Everest 110 within 2-3 seconds and will connect.Was this helpful? To charge the Everest 110, slide the rubber window from the top down to expose the USB charging port that is located on the back of the inline microphone. Please use the JBL charging cable that was included in the packaging to charge these headphones.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

The Everest 110 should receive 8 hours of audio playback on a full charge. However, depending on the volume level at which you listen to your music at, this can decrease the battery life faster.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
