With an impressive 500 watts of peak power handling, the CS1004T outperforms the previous generation by a factor of two. Its lightweight polypropylene woofer cone is used to ensure maximum woofer efficiency. The CS1004T also features a progressive spider, which provides better control at excursion limits than does a linear spider; the benefit is reduced distortion at high output levels.
