The registration success rate and quality of voice commands depends on the performance of your smart phone’s microphone. Make sure that your smart phone’s microphone is unobstructed and you are speaking clearly when registering commands. If you continue to have issues, try registering using a family member or friend’s smart phone as a test. This can be caused by dirt and dust accumulating on the charging arm, which can reduce the effectiveness of the adhesive. Clean the surface of the charging arm with a wet cloth or alcohol wipes. Do not use paper towels as these can leave paper debris.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

This can be caused by the charge arm reaching its thermal temperature cutoff. This is a safety feature to prevent a potential risk.
